About Emma Carr
Emma Carr is a versatile artist from Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a major in Fine Art and a concentration in graphic design.
She grew up in a very artistic family and has been creating ever since she was young. Her art journey began at 14, selling paintings on her mom’s social media. As she has grown older, she uses social media to sell her own art pieces all over the United States.

An Emma Carr original holds the tension between realism & abstract interestingly. She creates a variety of different pieces, including abstracts. hummingbirds, landscapes, and flowers. She's constantly growing her style and finds joy in learning along the way.
Her unique technique in layering color brings unexpected balance in the most beautiful array. She finds a way to tell the untold stories in a messy yet orderly way. When her clients see the piece that belongs to them, they’re captivated by an element that somehow pursues them & begs them to stay awhile.

She contributes much of her success with her art to her grandmother, who is a professional artist. She has memories as early as two years old, painting with her. “I believe her patience, consistency, and talent were my launchpad into my art career.” She recently began a Legacy Collection honoring her grandmother for this reason.
Her work can be found online in various galleries and shops. Her motivation is to create a path of oncoming beauty, inspire other artists to step out into their purpose, and make her art accessible for any budget.
