Emma Carr is an acrylic painter based in Huntsville, Alabama. She creates colorful paintings inspired by nature, especially hummingbirds and flowers. Her work combines realistic details with loose, expressive brushstrokes, using layers of color and texture to bring each painting to life. She loves playing with color and movement to create pieces that bring happiness and a little extra beauty into people's homes.

Her love for painting hummingbirds began with her grandmother, Hoppie, who was also an artist. Hoppie always had hummingbird feeders outside her courtyard window, attracting hundreds of birds each year. Emma spent much of her childhood watching them and became fascinated by their tiny size, bright colors, and constant movement. Those early memories continue to inspire her paintings today.

Emma began creating and selling art at just fourteen, sharing her first paintings on her mom's Facebook page. What started as a hobby gradually grew into a full-time career. After earning her degree in Fine Art with a concentration in Graphic Design, she decided to pursue painting full time and officially launched her business in 2023. Today, her work is collected in homes across the country. She hopes each painting brings a little joy and reminds people to appreciate the beauty in the everyday.
