Are commissions open?

Commissions are offered at select times throughout the year and are currently closed. Announcements will be made when they reopen!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 weeks before shipping. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier.

Will my artwork look exactly like it does online?

Every effort is made to represent colors accurately. Slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

Can I reproduce or resell your artwork?

No. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Emma Carr Art and may not be reproduced or used commercially.

What is your return / exchange policy?

All sales are final.

Are your prints signed?

Currently, my prints are unsigned, which allows me to offer multiple sizes and maintain larger quantities. I’m working hard behind the scenes to start offering signed prints very soon, so stay tuned for updates!

Are the prints limited edition?

All prints are limited edition. Each design is printed only 200 times before it’s retired.

What kind of paper do you use for prints?

I use high-quality archival paper to ensure vibrant colors and longevity.

Do you offer tutorials or workshops?

Not currently, but I occasionally do live painting events and demos, so be sure to follow my socials for updates!

How do I care for my painting?

Keep it out of direct sunlight, dust gently, and avoid high humidity. The gloss varnish helps protect the surface.
