Artwork & Representation

Every effort is made to photograph artwork as accurately as possible. Because screens vary, slight differences in color may occur.

Each piece is created with care and intention. Original works, prints, and commissions are described as clearly as possible prior to purchase.

All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Emma Carr.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Artwork may not be reproduced, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Commissions:

Commissions are offered periodically throughout the year. Availability is announced publicly. When commissions are closed, new requests are not accepted.

Specific details, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before a commission begins. Commissioned artwork is final sale. Visit the commission page for more information.

Pricing & Changes:

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Liability:

Once artwork has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside of our control.

Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping

At this time, orders ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks before being shipped. You will receive tracking information once your package is on its way. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your order confirmation or tracking information.

Every original artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Prints are shipped securely, either flat or rolled depending on size.

Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, prints, and commissioned pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email within 72 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of both the artwork and packaging so we can review and determine the best resolution.
